I originally got this variety because of the name. My grandma Susan always had ginger snaps, which I loved to dip in apple juice while watching her color TV.  But the flower is pretty great, too, especially if you let it fully mature.

Waterlily type with  3 1/2" blooms that are a rich, warm yellow, blending to almost caramel.
