When you sign up for a flower share through Shoving Leopard Farm, you are not only signing up for a season filled with blooms, you are also helping to bring the simple joy of flowers to those who need it most in our community. A portion of the proceeds goes to project Abloom, which delivers weekly flowers to area soup kitchens, senior homes and the Astor school.
New for the 2017 season: We are offering a spring flowers share to start off the season with fragrance and color, and a fall dahlia share to close the season with lushness and vibrancy, as well as our well-loved summer flowers share. You can sign up for any one or all three at the Shoving Leopard Farm shop.
Spring Flowers Share: (SOLD OUT) $75 - A four-week share beginning around mid-April. Come to the farm to pick up a weekly bunch of specialty tulips, fragrant narcissi, unusual hyacinths, and many more exciting spring bulbs.
Pick-up is on Tuesday or Friday, 4-7 PM at the farm.
Summer Flowers Share: $200 - A twelve-week share beginning in late June or early July. The pathway of the 7-ring labyrinth leads you around and around, past beds of zinnia, cosmos, amaranth, calendula, sunflowers, asters, bachelor’s buttons, larkspur, celosia, statice, cleome, snapdragons, strawflower, rudbeckias, marigold, necotiana, cock’s comb, dahlias - to name but a few of the flowers - to the center ring where you can rest and admire the Hudson Valley vistas and the colorful and fragrant bouquet you have picked.
Pick-Your-Own days are Sunday-Tuesday, 10-6 PM.
Pre-picked Share pick-up is Friday, 4-7 PM at the farm, at Starling Yards, or at Clove in Red Hook.
Join the pick-your-own and help to fill the Abloom buckets, which will be made into arrangements and delivered to area soup kitchens, senior homes, and the Astor Home.
Fall Dahlia Share: $95 - A six-week share beginning in late August or early September. Come by the farm once a week to pick up your lush bouquet of dahlias. From dinner-plates to pompom and decorative varieties in every color and shape you can imagine; these flowers will surely bring some flair to your house or work space!

Flower shares make great gifts for family and friends! Just include your gift recipient's information in an email with your order number (given to you at checkout), and we will send them a git card to let them know they have received the gift of flowers all spring, summer, and/or fall.
You can sign up for any one or all three at the Shoving Leopard Farm shop.
