Amaranthus sp. Beautiful, orange and tan seed heads with a copper glow on 4 to 6' sturdy plants. Autumn’s Touch is early maturing and the leaves and seeds are edible are both edible, though the young leaves make for better eating. The seed heads also are nice in a bouquet of cut flowers.
